The Scope Of The Service In Question Includes The Following Activities: 1) Providing Legal Advice And Consultations As Well As Legal Opinions On Matters Reported By Organizational Units In The Areas Of The Ordering Partys Activity, Including: A) Law Regarding Medical Activities, B) Copyright And Industrial Property Law, C) Civil Law, D) Administrative Law, E) Clinical Trials, F) Patient Rights, G) Obtaining European Funds; 2) Giving Opinions On Contracts In The Field Of Commercial Research;3) Giving Opinions On Contracts In The Field Of Clinical Trials;4) Giving Opinions On The Handling Of Contracts (Giving Opinions, Negotiating Contracts) In The Area Of Commercial And Civil Law Up To Pln 170,000.00, Including: A) Lease Contracts, B) Lease Contracts, C) Service Contracts, D) Renovation Contracts, E) Construction Contracts, F) It Contracts, Including Pilot Contracts, Maintenance And Implementation Of Systems It,G) Subsidy Contracts,H) Contracts For Specific Work,I) Mandate Contracts With Staff, Including For Training Services;5) Giving Opinions, Providing Legal Advice And Consultations To The Companys Organizational Units: Medical Equipment Department, It Department, Operations Department, Administration And Logistics Department, Public Procurement And Supply Department In The Field Of Conducted Matters;6) Support Related To The Formulation Of Letters And Positions In Connection With The Ordering Partys Property;7) Preparing Appeals - Complaints Against Decisions; Complaints To The Provincial Administrative Court In The Scope Of Conducted Matters;8) Support In The Development Of Orders, Internal Regulations, Instructions, Etc. In The Scope Of Conducted Matters; 9) Participation In Negotiating The Terms Of Contracts And Agreements Concluded By The Ordering Party, Giving Opinions On The Drafts Of These Contracts And Agreements In The Scope Of Matters Handled; 10) Providing Legal Assistance In The Preparation Of Medical Documentation In Connection With Requests From Authorized Bodies, Institutions And Natural Persons; 11) Legal Advice In The Field Of Public Procurement Awarded Without The Application Of The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law; 12) Legal Advice And Preparation Of Rental, Tenancy, Leasing, Lending, Sale, Donation, Etc.
