The Ordering Party, I.E.: Jabłonka Commune - Municipal Services Plant In Jabłonka, Orders A Specialized Slurry Tanker To Perform The Statutory Tasks Of The Plant In The Field Of Operation And Administration Of The Municipal Sanitary Sewage Network, Sewage Treatment Plants And Technical Infrastructure For The Collection, Flow And Treatment Of Sewage In The Jabłonka Commune.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Brand New, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Also Covering The European Union Market, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights.5. The Elements Included In The Subject Of The Order On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale.6.
