The Deadline For Removing Defects Is Up To 14 Days. If The Swz Contains The Names Of Manufacturers, Products Or Solutions, Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Company. Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials, Devices And Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Quality, Utility And Operational Parameters, Provided That They Ensure The Achievement Of Parameters That Are No Worse (The Same As Those Described In The Swz Or Better) Than Those Assumed In The Annexes To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Proper Names, Etc., Used In The Swz Is Intended Only To Specify The Subject Of The Contract Equivalence. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Swz And To Demonstrate Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.
