Architectural Services For Buildings – Awarding Of Property Planning Services For The New Construction Of The Cafeteria Area, New Building As An Mbs Extension In Obersulm. The Municipality Of Obersulm, As The Funding Body For The Michael Beheim School, Intends To Set Up A Cafeteria In The Future To Provide School Meals For The Students There. The Subject Of The Tender Is Therefore The Necessary Property Planning Services For The Subsequent Implementation Of The New Construction Of The Cafeteria Area By Means Of A New Building As An Extension To The Existing Building Of The Michael Beheim School. The Tender Is For The Property Planning Of Service Phases 3-9 Hoai 2021. The Commissioning Is Carried Out In Stages. Initially, Only Service Phase 3 Is Commissioned For Property Planning. The Municipality Already Has The Results Of Phases 1 And 2 Of The Building Property Planning In The Form Of A Feasibility Study And A School Space Concept. It Can Be Assumed That The Office That Has Provided The Previous Services Will Probably Not Take Part In This Tender. Since The Relevant Eu Threshold Of 216,000 Euros Net Of The Expected Planners Fee (Net Fee Value) According To Hoai 2021 Is Exceeded, The Continued Planning Services Will Be Awarded Through This Europe-Wide Tender In The Negotiated Procedure In Accordance With Sections 73 Ff. Of The Procurement Ordinance (Vgv). The Subject Of The Tender Is The Architectural Planning Services In The Form Of The Basic Services Of The Service Profile According To Hoai 2021: • Property Planning Buildings From Lph 3 To Lph 9 In Accordance With §§ 34 Hoai 2021 The Commission Will Initially Be Carried Out Gradually Only For Lph 3 Of The Property Planning Buildings. When The Contract Is Awarded, An Architectural Contract Is Concluded Between The Municipality Of Obersulm As The Public Client And The Contractor Who Receives The Contract In Accordance With The Municipal Contract Model Of The Municipal Procurement Manual For Municipal Contract Models And The Awarding Of Architectural And Engineering Services - Hkvm - From Boorberg Verlag In The Version As Of March 2021, Taking Into Account The Recommendation Of The Administrative Regulation Of The Ministry Of The Interior On The Award Of Contracts In The Municipal Sector (Vergabevwv). December 5Th, 2024, Ref. 2-2242.0/21, There Paragraph 2.3. The Reconstruction Of The Cafeteria Area As A New Building As An Extension To The Existing Michael Beheim School Building Will Be Carried Out With Public Funding From The All-Day Care Program In The All-Day Care Investment Program Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg. Furthermore, Funding Is Available For The Equipment And Furnishing Of The Science Rooms Of The Community School On The 1St Floor Of The New Building As Part Of The School Building Construction Funding In Accordance With The Vwv Schulbau Of The State Of Baden-Württemberg. The Contractors Executing The Order Must Strictly Adhere To The Requirements Of This Funding Regulation. With The Funding Granted On The Basis Of The Aforementioned Funding Programs And Administrative Regulations As Part Of The Renovation Of The Municipalitys Town Hall, The Client Has A Maximum Of Eur 11.3 Million Gross Available. This Must Be Taken Into Account When Providing The Planning Services
