The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Consulting, Planning, Purchasing And Monitoring Services For Advertising Space. Across All Media And Channels (Posters, Press, Radio, Television, Cinema, Digital), Services Include: - The Development Of Media Strategies And Communication Plans; - The Purchase Of Advertising Space On Different Media; - Campaign Monitoring; - Carrying Out Analyzes And Reports On Campaigns. The Haute-Savoie Department Wishes To Be Able To Rely On A Service Provider In Order To Optimize The Dissemination Of Communication Campaigns. This Service Concerns All Areas Of Intervention Carried Out By The Department, Namely: Institutional, Social Action, Roads, Colleges, Education, Culture, Tourism, Environment, Regional Planning, Agriculture, Sport, Etc. The Media Agency Acts As Paying Agent For The Department. However, This Framework Agreement Does Not Contain Any Exclusivity Clause For The Benefit Of The Holder. The Department Reserves The Right To Issue Delivery Orders Directly To The Media Of Its Choice. Payment Of The Sums Due To The Supports For These Direct Passages Is Ensured By The Department Outside The Conditions And Stipulations Provided For In This Contract. Printing Communication Materials Is Not Part Of This Consultation
