Refrigerating Equipment - Procurement Of The Ministrys Refrigeration Plant. The Subject Of The Purchase Is The Replacement Of The Existing Cooling Plant / Finishing Of The Installations In The Machine Room Within The Ksaver Complex With A New, More Energy Efficient System, According To The Technical Solutions Described In Detail In The Main Project Of Mechanical Installations, Designation T.D. 58/24 S, Roterm D.O.O., Split, November 2024. Inside The Ksaver Business-Residential-Retail Complex, There Are The Premises Of The Ministry Of Health At The Address Ksaver 200A, 10000 Zagreb. The Complex Was Built In The Period From 1980 To 1981, On Cadastral Parcels 4064/1 And 4064/6, K.O. Sixties. It Is Spread Over 10 Main Floors, And Part Of The Floors Are Built In The Form Of Half Floors Due To Adaptation To The Shape Of The Terrain. The Ministry Uses Business Premises In Buildings A1 And F5 Within The Business Part Of The Complex With A Total Size Of 7,550 M2 (6,325 M2+1,224 M2). The Project In Question Includes A Cooling Engine Room Within The Existing Boiler Room On The Ground Floor Of Building F5. The Project Envisages The Replacement Of Old Water Coolers With New, More Energy-Efficient Devices, Which Includes Mechanical Electrical Equipment As Well As Accompanying Construction Work On The Replacement Of The Primary Circuit Of The Thermal Energy Distribution Subsystem, Together With The Distributor / Busbar And Secondary Circuit Pumps Located In The Cooling Machine Room Inside The F5 Facility. The Project Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Ordinance On Simple And Other Buildings Nn 112/17 34/18 36/19 98/19 31/20 74/22 155/23 And Works For The Purpose Of Improving The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Building And Building Maintenance, Which Do Not Change The Compliance Of The Building With The Location Conditions In Accordance With Which It Was Built.
