The Subject Of The Competition Are Parts For The Structural And Open Space Planning Preliminary Draft For The New Building Of The Schelklingen Town Hall And The Associated Open Spaces. Also Part Of The Task In The Ideas Section Is An Urban Development Concept For The Development Of The Current Town Hall Property With (Multi-Family) Residential Buildings As Well As A Parking Garage For The Necessary Parking Spaces For The Town Hall And The Residential Development.
