Tenders Are Invited For Facade Work – Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For The Carrying Out Of Maintenance, Renovation And Insulation Work On Facades
Facade Work – Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For The Carrying Out Of Maintenance, Renovation And Insulation Work On Facades. The Consultation Concerns The Provision Of Maintenance, Renovation, Renovation And Repair Services For Exterior Facades As Well As Exterior Thermal Insulation Services On Sacogivas Assets. The Framework Agreement Without Minimum Or Maximum Is Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Order Code Public. It Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. This Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 1 Year (12 Months) From Notification Of The Contract, Renewable 3 Times For A Period Of One Year. The Total Duration Of The Contract Cannot Therefore Exceed 4 Years (48 Months).
