Refuse And Waste Related Services – Dib Waste (Ordinary Solid Industrial Waste), Paper, Cardboard And Destruction Of Confidential Or Non-Confidential Ratp Archives (Collection, Storage, Treatment And Recovery). This Contract Is A Framework Agreement, Of The Framework Agreement Type With Single-Award Orders, Without Minimum And With Maximum. The Maximum Total Amount Of The Contract Is The Maximum Total Amount Estimated Over The Maximum Total Duration Indicated In The Bpu Increased By 25%. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Services (Described In The Cctp In The Appendix) For The Storage, Collection, Processing And Recovery Of Dib (Ordinary Solid Industrial Waste), Paper And Cardboard And Destruction Of Confidential Or Non-Confidential Archives. Definition: Ordinary Industrial Waste, Acronym Dib, Defines All Non-Inert And Non-Hazardous Mixed Waste Produced By The Usual Activities Of A Professional For Sites Under Ratp Management Excluding Household Waste, And Metallic Or Non-Metallic Waste, The Waste Covered By The Market Includes: • Solid Ordinary Industrial Waste Such As Wood, Packaging Of All Kinds (Unsoiled), Reinforced And Unreinforced Rubber, Glass, Etc., • Cardboard Paper Produced On Ratp Sites (Excluding Tertiary Sites Under Rre Or Urban Station Management) • Company Archives Arrived At The Destruction Date. By Archives, We Mean All Documents, Whatever Their Date, Their Place Of Conservation, Their Form And Their Medium, Produced Or Received By Ratp Services As Part Of Their Activity. The Storage Media For These Documents Include Paper, Cd Roms, Dvd Roms, Films, Photo Negatives. For Ratp Tertiary Establishments Managed By Ratp Real Estate Nature, Waste To Be Collected, Concerns: • Only On Dibs. For Tertiary Establishments In Urban Station Nature, Waste To Be Collected, Concerns: • Dib, • Paper, Cardboard And/Or Selective Collection • Glass • Bio-Waste. 1.1 Consistency Of Services The Market Includes The Collection, Storage, Treatment And Recovery Of Waste, Generated By The Tertiary And Industrial Activity Of Ratp Or Rre Or Urban Station Or Rsi. The Contract Includes The Execution Of The Types Of Services Mentioned Below: • Rental And Emptying Of Small And Medium Capacity Containers; • Rental And Collection With Exchange Of Large Capacity Containers; • Rental, Installation And Removal And Redepositing Of “Tamper” Containers (Compactors); • Collection By Leaving A Clean Location Where The Bin (Or Drum, Can, Etc.) Was Taken; • Emptying Of Garbage Bins By Trucks; • Collection Of Waste In Plastic Bags (Similar To Manual Removal); • Removal And Destruction Of Archives (Some With A Certificate Of Destruction), Confidential Or Not; • Transport Of Waste Listed In Article 1 “Nature Of Waste”, To An Approved And Authorized Treatment Center; • Recovery Of This Waste. 1.2 Estimated Annual Quantities (Without Commitment From Ratp / Rre) Annual Total: Approximately 2,200 Tonnes Of Dib Are Collected Each Year And Distributed As Follows
