Tenders are invited for Procurement of 22 Numbers of Branded Laptop Computers for the Sri Lanka Medical Council (Slmc) A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request with the payment receipt for the non- refundable fee of Rs. 3500 paid to the SLMC Savings Account No. 371208 Bank of Ceylon Maradana Branch to the Procurement Unit, Sri Lanka Medical Council between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 04 May 2026 until 12 noon on 18 May 2026. All bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 71,500.00 in the form of a guarantee valid until 31 August 2026 issued by a Commercial Bank registered with Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favor of the Sri Lanka Medical Council and shall be irrevocable and unconditionally encashable upon the first request of the Registrar of the SLMC. Duly filled sealed bids in duplicate marked as "Procurement of 22 numbers of Branded Laptop Computers for the Sri Lanka Medical Council 2026 / Contract No. SLMC/OE/NCB-01/2026" at the top left-hand corner of the envelope must be deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Administration Unit at the Sri Lanka Medical Council or be sent by Registered Post to the Chairman / Department Procurement Committee, No: 31, Norris Canal Road, Colombo-10 at or before 2.00 p.m. on 18 May 2026. Receiving of bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on 18 May 2026 and opened immediately thereafter at the Council room, 1st Floor, Sri Lanka Medical Council in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend the bid opening.
