Tenders are invited for Construction Perimeter Wall-Fencing with Gate House and Barb Wire for 8 Secondary Schools (GSS MARTE, GSS KAGA, GSS BAMA, GSS CHIBOK, GSS GWOZA, GSS GASI, JSS YERIMARI-JERE, GGSS SHANI) PERFORMANCE SECURITY: Not less than 2.5% of Total Bid Price DELIVERY PERIOD: 6 Months LOCATION MARTE, KAGA, BAMA, CHIBOK, GWOZA, GASI, JERE, SHANI Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Banks Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Procurement in Investment Projects Financing November 2020 (Procurement Regulations) available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from the State Project Coordinator, Borno State AGILE Project and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, between the hours of 9.00 am to 15.30pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays. 5. Qualifications requirements include: i. Evidence of previous supply/works (sale) of similar equipment for the past three (3) years, ii. Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years, to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and adequate working capital, iii. Company Registration, iv. The Bidder must be familiar with the North Eastern Terrain (Particularly Borno State) v. Evidence of Registration with Borno State Bureau of Public Procurement vi. The bidder must have similar evidence of the supply/works. A margin of preference for eligible national contractors shall not apply; Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only (N150,000.00). The method of payment will be Bank Draft in favour of Borno State AGILE Project. The Bidding Documents will be collected by the representative of the Bidder on request. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 12:00 noon local time on or before June 1st, 2026. Electronic bid submission will not be accepted; Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00 noon local time on June 1st, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid/Performance Security of at least 2.5% of bid price in local currency.
