Prequalifications are invited for Procurement of Information Technology Equipment (including Hardware & Software Applications) PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Submission of Company Profile containing the following: i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC2 and CAC7 (or CAC 1.1) ii Evidence of Companys Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2023,2024 and 2025) valid till 31st December, 2026 iii Evidence of Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 iv Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 v Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2026 vi Evidence of registration on the Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of the Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2026 or valid certificate issued by BPP vii Sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Nigeria Police Force or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in bid are true and correct in all particulars viii List of key personnel (Technical and Administrative) including photocopies of staff qualification and current pay slip ix List of plant and Equipment owned or to be hired with proof of ownership if owned x At least three (3) previous works successfully completed with letters of award and completion certificates attached, and /or on-going works and their details including locations xi Companys Audited Accounts for the past three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025) xii Auctioning Licence (LOT 20 only) xiii NAICOM Certificate (LOT 16 only) xiv Only companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Councils approved list of local manufacturers of vehicles xv For Supply of Medical Equipment; Letters of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturers listed in the Approved Policy for Procurement of Health and Medical Equipment for Tertiary Hospital in Nigeria xvi For Supply of other Equipment: letter of Authorisation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) xvii Evidence of direct dealership with ASTRAA Manufacturer (Lot 2b only) xviii All documents for the submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company letter Head Paper bearing amongst others; the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number preferable GSM No., and e-mail address. The Letter Head must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the company. D SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Pre-qualification documents should be neatly packaged in a sealed envelope and marked at the top left-hand corner Confidential Pre-Qualification Document stating the LOT and Addressed to The Secretary, Nigeria Police Procurement Planning Committee, Nigeria Police Force, Louis Edet House, Abuja. The Sealed envelope should be deposited in the tender box provided for this purpose at Nigeria Police Department of Logistics & Supply (Works), Garki II opposite old Central Bank, Abuja not later than 12:00 noon on 1st June, 2026.
