The Total Surface Area/Floor Area Of The Building Is Just Under 500 M2 Bra. In Addition, The Outdoor Area Must Be Processed, Parking Spaces Marked, Old Fence And Road Barrier Removed, Sinkholes Repaired And Some Reasphalting In Accordance With The Attached Outdoor Plan And Description. Water And Drainage Must Be Connected To External Piping. Excavation Work And Return For This Must Also Be Included. The Contract To Be Entered Into Is A Turnkey Contract According To Ns 8407:2011.
