The Proposed Works Will Deliver The Fit Out Of The Existing Buildings To Provide Sustainable, World Class Research Facilities With Improved Accessibility And Inclusivity. The Project Will Include Significant Fabric And Service Upgrade Works To Units 1, 2, 3 And 8 As Well As Fit-Out Works To Units 2 ,3 And 8. Unit 1 Is Currently Under Construction As An Aerospace Research Facility, Unit 2 Is Proposed To Be Repurposed As A World Class Water Suite, Unit 3 Is Proposed To Be A Human Research Facility With Flexible And Adaptable Spaces, Unit 8 Which Is Located At That Level Will Be Repurposed Into A Data Analysis And Modelling Lab And Made Accessible By Provision Of A Lift.
