The Underground Car Park (Tg) In The Tax Office In Kempten Is Due To Be Repaired. The Tax Office Consists Of 5 Building Parts, 3 Of Which Are On The D. Tg Built. The Tg Was Built In 1980/81 As A Tg With A Parking Level With 82 Parking Spaces. The Usable Area Of The Underground Car Park Is 2,100 M² And Is Accessible Via The Northern Access And Exit Ramp. The Structure Is Made Of Waterproof Concrete And Is Founded On Strip Foundations In The Area Of The Walls And On Individual Foundations In The Area Of The Supports. Due To Damage To The Drainage And The Concrete Structure, Extensive Repairs Are Necessary. The Following Services Must Be Provided By The Contractor: -Traffic Safety -Protective Measures -Core Drilling -Underpinnings Using The Jet Blasting Process -Supports -Complete Demolition Of The Base Plate -Hdw Work On Supports, Walls, Ceilings -Earthworks -Demolition And Renewal Of Drainage With Lifting System -Reprofiling Concrete -Coating Work -Marking
