The Los 32 Mechanical Engineering Essentially Includes The Detailed Planning, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Process And Mechanical Components That Are Required When Expanding The Gas Processing To Include A Grass Iron Ore Filter And When Renewing The Gas Utilization (Chp System) Of The Osnabrück-Eversburg Sewage Treatment Plant. For The Mechanical Conversion And Renewal Measures, It Is Necessary To Dismantle The Existing Chp Modules Including Peripherals At 2 Locations And Replace Them With New Chp Modules Including Module Control System And Peripherals (= Compact Systems). The Dismantling And Renewal Measures Also Include All Pipeline And Connection Work To The Existing Building (E.G. Heating Network, Natural Gas Connection, Sewage/Septic Gas Connection, Fresh/Used Oil System, Etc.). The Cabling Of The Compact Systems Is Also Within The Scope Of Los 32. The Connection Of The Module Control To The Ags Nshv Is Carried Out Via Los 33. Furthermore, The Mechanical Components Of The New Lawn Iron Ore Filter Must Be Integrated Into The Existing System And Existing Gas Measurements Must Be Expanded. The Compact Systems Are Programmed By The Contractor. The Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning As Well As The Initial Filling Of The Filter Including The Connections For Air Dosing And Gas Analysis Are Carried Out By The Contractor. Gas Utilization: The Concept For Utilizing Digester Gas And Generating Electrical And Thermal Energy In The Sewage Treatment Plant Using Four Chp Modules Remains In Place. Similar To The Existing Ones, The New Chp Modules Will Be Equipped For Operation With Sewage/Digestion Gas And Natural Gas And Will Be Connected To The Respective Network. The Electrical Connection And Integration As Well As Control Of The Chp Modules Are Also Carried Out In The Same Way As The Existing Ones. At Location B (Putrefaction), [No. 20B] Chp Building B, The Existing Two Chp Modules (250 Kwel Each) Will Be Replaced By Two New Chp Modules (Approx. 333 Kwel Each). Similar To The Existing System, The Exhaust Gas Heat Exchangers Are Installed Separately Outside The Modules. The Two Existing Exhaust Chimneys On The Digestion Stair Tower Will Remain In Place. The Common Exhaust Air Ducting Of The Modules Inside The Building Will Be Carried Out Separately In The Future. The Existing Emergency Mixture Coolers (Vertical Installation) Will Be Replaced By More Powerful And Quieter Units (Horizontal Installation) On The Back Of The Building.
