Hotel, Restaurant And Retail Trade Services – Concession Agreement Vending Machines. As Part Of The Development Of The Metros Business Areas, Metroselskabet Wants To Strengthen The Passenger-Oriented Service And The Overall Customer Experience In Relation To Traveling By Metro. As Part Of This, The Metro Company Wants Smaller Unmanned Shops To Be Set Up And Operated At The Metro Stations In The Form Of Vending Machines. The Stores Must Offer A Selection Of Convenience Products, E.G. Goods For The Passengers In The Metro, Which Can Be Carried In A Quick And Easy Way While On The Move. Based On This, The Metroselskabet Offers A (Conditional) Concession Agreement On [Financing], Installation And Operation Of Vending Machines At The Metros Stations, Which I.A. Includes: Kgs. Nytorv, Copenhagen H, Frederiksberg, Rådhuspladsen, Nørrebro, Østerport, Enghave Plads, Trianglen, Skjolds Plads And Nørrebro Roundabout (Phase 1) As Well As Additional Locations; Kgs. Nytorv, Nørreport, Frederiksberg, Christianshavn, Rådhuspladsen, Amagerbro, Gammel Strand, Forum, Poul Henningsens Plads, Islands Brygge, Fasanvej And Frederiksberg Avenue (Phase 2). Reference Is Made To The Stations And Potentials Described In The Tender Documents (Appendix 7) For An Overview. The Agreement Runs For 6 Years, But Is Conditioned In Such A Way That A Successful Implementation Of Phase 1 Is A Condition For Starting The Execution Of Phase 2. Phase 1 Runs For 2 Years, While Phase 2 (Which Includes Partly A Continuation Of The Stations From Phase 1 And A Start-Up Of The Stations Included In Phase 2) Runs For 4 Years. In Total, The Concession Agreement Has A Duration Of 6 Years. At The End Of Phase 2, There Will Be The Possibility Of An Extension Of 2 X 12 Months. If The Performance Criteria Set By Metroselskabet In Advance (Appendix 5) For Phase 1 (Trial Period) Cannot Be Met, The Agreement Expires At The End Of Phase 1 Per 31.12.2028 And Phase 2 Expires. Metroselskabets Contract Terms Appear In Draft Terms Of Agreement, While The Requirements For The Services Are Described In Detail In The Requirements Specification. The Task Is Offered As One Overall Concession Contract Based On Functional, Market And Financial Considerations, See Details In The Tender Conditions. Based On This, Metroselskabet Offers A Concession Agreement For The Installation And Operation Of Vending Machines At The Metros Stations.
