The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of A Subscription (Subscription) From The Manufacturer Of The Endpoint Protection Software For Its Use For 12,000 Devices, Including The Provision Of Remote Technical Or Other Support By The Contracting Authority During The Installation Of The Subscription, While Part Of The Subscription Also Includes The Provision Of Related Regular Updates, For A Period Of 3 Years, Or The Subscription Will Always Be Annual, With The Individual Years Immediately Following Each Other (Unless The Client Decides To Withdraw From The Contract). A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer Is Given In Annex No. 2 Of The Contract – Item Budget – Specifications (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The “Item Budget”), Whereby The Contract Is Understood As Annex B Of The Procurement Documentation.
