The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Production And Periodic Delivery Of Health Insurance Books For Nhif. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Production Of Health Insurance Books, According To The Technical Parameters And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And Their Delivery To 28 Regional Health Insurance Funds (Rdhic) In The Regional Cities Of The Country. The Production Of Health Insurance Books Should Be Carried Out In A Production Facility Provided By The Contractor, And The Delivery To The Addresses Of The 28 Rzok Should Be Carried Out With Transport Provided By The Contractor At His Expense, After Prior Written Requests Have Been Made By The Contracting Authority. 2. The Production And Delivery Of Health Insurance Books Is Carried Out In Connection With The Provision Of Art. 5, Para. 4 Of The Ordinance On Implementing The Right Of Access To Medical Care, According To Which The Nhif Issues A Health Insurance Card And Separate Registration Forms To Each Health Insured Person To Exercise Their Right To Choose. 3. The Estimated Amount Of Health Insurance Books That Will Be Needed For The Duration Of The Contract Is 232,000. (Two Hundred And Thirty-Two Thousand Copies). * The Indicated Quantity Of Health Insurance Books Is Estimated. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Declare The Relevant Quantities According To Its Needs, Within The Maximum Allowable Value Under The Contract, Without Being Obliged To Declare The Entire Specified Estimated Quantity. 4. The Health Insurance Booklets Should Be Made In Accordance With The Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification And The Attached Model Of The Health Insurance Booklet. 5. The Technical Parameters And The Model May Not Be Changed By The Contractor, Except In The Cases Of Changes To The Regulations On The Express Written Instruction Of The Contracting Authority. 6. The Production Of Health Insurance Books Should Be Carried Out In A Production Facility Provided By The Contractor, And The Periodic Deliveries Are Made To The Addresses Of The 28 Rzok After Prior Written Requests Have Been Made By The Contracting Authority. 7. After Receiving A Written Request From The Contracting Authority, The Contractor, With Transport Provided At His Expense, Should Deliver The Health Insurance Books In Packaging Suitable For Storage And Transport To The Relevant Health Insurance Agency. 8. The Delivered Health Insurance Books Should Fully Correspond To The Technical Specification And Model Of The Contracting Authority. 9. The Contractor Should Deliver The Requested Quantities Of Health Insurance Books To The Employers Sites Within 30 /Thirty/ Days, Starting From The Date Of Submission Of The Request By The Employer. 10. In The Event Of A Claim For Quantitative Discrepancies And Visible Defects, Ascertained With A Bilaterally Signed Protocol, The Contractor Shall Perform A Replacement Within 30 (Thirty) Days. 11. The Contractor Should Notify The Employer Of The Upcoming Delivery No Later Than 24 Hours Before The Delivery. 12. To Their Technical Proposal, The Participants Should Submit A Sample Of A Health Insurance Book Prepared By The Relevant Participant, In
