Repair And Maintenance Services – Ensuring Operation And Providing Regular Routine Service In Úmg Buildings. This Is An Above-Limit Public Contract For The Provision Of Service Services At The Place Of Performance (In The Buildings Of The Employer, In The Premises Of The Academy Of Sciences Institutes, At The Address Vídeňská 1083, 142 00 Prague 4). The Subject Of The Performance Is The Paid Provision Of Services Consisting In The Continuous Provision Of Operation And The Provision Of Routine Service And The Regular Performance Of Routine Maintenance In The Principals Buildings. Services And Activities Relate In Particular To The Following Areas: Air Conditioning, Central Heating, Electrical Installation, Mar, H2o2 Management (Hydrogen Peroxide Gas), Co2 Management And Distribution, Vacuum, Compressed Air, Technological Cooling, Natural Gas. More Detailed Requirements For The Content And Scope Of The Service Services And Activities Provided Are Detailed In Appendix No. 3 Of The Zd (Which Will Form Appendix No. 1 Of The Contract). The Services Will Also Be Provided In Premises Meeting The Conditions Of Bsl-3 (Biosafety Level 3) Premises, I.E. Premises Of A Highly Secure Production Or Scientific Laboratory Or Other Premises Intended For Work With Dangerous Pathogens That Are Transmitted Through The Air And Can Cause Serious Or Fatal Diseases (E.G. Sars-Cov-2, Sars, Tuberculosis, Mers, Ebola). Individual Items (Service Activities) Are Listed In Detail In Appendix No. 3 Zd – Price Calculation, Itemized Budget, Which, When Completed, Will Form Appendix No. 1 Of The Contract. The Dates In Which Specific Activities Will Be Carried Out Are Specified In The Binding Model Of The Service Contract And Its Annex No. 1 (Annex No. 3 Zd).
