Open Dewatering May Be Necessary For The Construction Of The Waterproofing Base Plate And The Foundations. The Lv-Expanded Shell Also Includes Earthworks For Excavation And Backfilling Of Approx. 923.8 M³ As Well As Sealing And Insulation Work. In Addition, Part Of The Expanded Shell Construction Work Includes The Partial Dismantling And Conversion Work (Mainly Masonry) Of The Existing Building.
