The Waste Accepted At The Pollutant Collection Point Must Be Properly Recycled Or Disposed Of In Approved Facilities In Compliance With The “Regulation On Verification For The Disposal Of Waste (Verification Ordinance – Nachwv)”. The Contractor Must Load The Waste At The Pollutant Collection Point And Transport It Using Suitable Vehicles. The Contractor Assumes All Services: Loading, Packaging Materials (Collection Containers Or Empty Packaging, Packaging Ties), Transport, The Provision Of The Necessary Permits, Evidence And Other Documents.
