The Contractor Provides The Tk With A Preconfigured Mft Solution That Offers Standardized Functions And Meets All Of The Tks Requirements (See Tk Questionnaire (Appendix A2) And General It Guidelines And It Specifications Of The Tk (Appendix L1) As Well As Information Security (Appendix L2)). This Solution Must Be Able To Be Configured To The Specific Needs Of The Tk. All Tk Requirements Must Be Fully Met By The End Of Service Phase 1 - Poc At The Latest. In Addition To The Provision Of An Mft Solution, This Order Includes The Poc, The Integration, Migration Of Use Cases, As Well As Support And Consulting Services For Operational Optimization (Without Obligation To Accept) The Mft Solution. The Services Include All Modules Required For The Introduction And Operation Of The Mft Solution, As Well As The Services To Be Provided For This, In Particular Conception, Software Delivery, Support For Implementation And Migration As Well As Operational Support. The Scope Of Services Also Includes The Provision Of System And User Documentation, Appropriate Training Documents And The Implementation Of All Necessary Training As Part Of The System Implementation.
