The Subject Of The Competition Is The Building And Open Space Planning For The New Construction Of A Single-Unit Elementary School, A Daycare Center And A Multi-Purpose Hall (Realization Part) As Well As For The Design Of The Open Spaces On The Former Railway Site In Marquartstein (Ideas Part). The Competition Task Is Described Under 2.1 Of This Announcement. _____ If The Task Is Realized, The Sponsor Will Award The Additional Planning Services Necessary For The Implementation Of The Competition Design, These Are The Property Planning For Buildings In Accordance With Hoai Part 3, Section 1 And The Property Planning For Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With Hoai Part 3, Section 2, At Least The Service Phases 1 - 5 For The Primary School, The Daycare Center And The Multi-Purpose Hall And The Outdoor Areas, Developments And Parking Spaces Assigned To These Uses. _____ The Sponsor Intends To Award Optional Planning Services For Service Phases 6 - 9 For The Primary School, The Daycare Center And The Multi-Purpose Hall. There Is No Entitlement To Commission These Services. _____ The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages, Initially Up To And Including Service Phase 2. The Client Will Decide Whether To Commission Further Service Stages As The Process Progresses. No Legal Claim To The Commissioning Of Further Stages And No Additional Fee Claims Can Be Derived From The Step-By-Step Assignment. _____ Separate Contracts Are Concluded For The Building Property Planning Services On The One Hand And For The Outdoor Facility Planning Services On The Other. If The Award Winner Is A Combination Of An Architectural Firm And A Landscape Architecture Firm, They Must Also Take Part In The Negotiation Process As A Bidding Consortium. However, The Respective Contract Is Only Concluded With The Member Responsible For The Respective Planning Discipline (No Joint Venture/Joint And Several Liability).
