The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Consisting Of: 1) Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Building No. 25 On Plot No. 115 And Construction Of Parking Spaces On Plots No. 99/1 And No. 100, Precinct 7-10-02 At Ul. Kazimierza Wóycickiego 1/3 In Warsaw For The Investment Project Titled Expansion And Reconstruction Of Building No. 25 Located On Plot No. 115 And Construction Of Parking Spaces On Plots No. 99/1 And No. 100 On The Uksw Campus At Ul. Wóycickiego 1/3 In Warsaw, Including The Delivery And Assembly Of The Equipment, In Particular Including: A) Preparatory Work, Including: Preparation And Protection Of The Construction Site, Excluding Tree Felling, Which Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party; B) Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party, As Well As All Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Obtaining All Permits, Decisions And Arrangements Required By Law; C) Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Specifications; D) Acceptance, Including Tests, Commissioning, Training, As-Built Documentation, Certificates, Legalizations, Approvals, Instructions And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And Handing Over The Task For Use, Based On The Decision Authorizing The Performance Of Works, The Specification Of The Order Conditions And The Design Documentation, Taking Into Account The Exclusions And Modifications Made Therein; 2) Performance Of Works And Delivery Of Devices That Are Not Specified In The Contract, Annexes To The Contract, And The Design Documentation Provided To The Contractor, And Are Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement, And The Need For Which Could Be Predicted On The Basis Of The Construction Design, Detailed Design And Bill Of Quantities Referred To In This Documentation Standards, Applicable Technical, Construction And Administrative Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 3) Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment For The Facility, According To The List Included In The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party.
