The Order Includes Comprehensive Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture, Equipment, Educational, Didactic And Play Materials, Playground Elements For The Nursery Located In Medyka, Together With All Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Costs Of: Delivery, Loading, Unloading And Assembly Of The Equipment, Quality Guarantee For The Goods Delivered Under The Task Titled Local Government Nursery In Medyka, 37-32 Medyka 292 As Part Of The Active Toddler 2022 - 2029 Program. The Delivered Components Covered By The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered And Installed In Prepared Rooms Intended For The Nursery Located At Medyka 292, 37-732 Medyka. The Scope Of The Order Includes:1. Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Nursery Directors Room.2. Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For Room No. 1.3. Delivery And Installation Of Internal Window Blinds.10. Delivery And Installation Of Additional Equipment.11. Delivery And Installation Of Software To Operate The Nursery.12. Production, Delivery And Installation Of The Żłobek Sign On The Buildings Facade.13. Construction, Delivery And Assembly Of A Stroller Shelter.14. Delivery And Installation Of A Childrens Playground. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That All Indications In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding Trademarks, Proper Names, Patents, Origin, Manufacturers Or Specific Product Models Are Only Exemplary And Serve To Determine The Minimum Quality, Technical And Functional Requirements For The Subject Of The Order. Pursuant To Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Products, Provided That They Meet At Least The Same Technical, Quality And Utility Parameters As Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Offering Equivalent Products Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Content Of The Offer, In Particular By Presenting Relevant Documents, Catalog Cards Or Technical Specifications, That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Case Of Doubt, The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.
