The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Construction And Technical Design And An Investors Cost Estimate For The Expansion Of Street Lighting In The Town Of Wola Węgierska In The Roźwienica Commune, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements / Decisions / Permits / Administrative Notifications Necessary To Initiate The Construction Process And Performing Authors Supervision.2. Task: Expansion Of The Cable (Ground) Street Lighting Line Along Municipal Roads Marked On Some Of The Plots Marked With No. Register No. 876, 806 And 631 In Wola Węgierska - Total Length Approx. 0.7 Km The Exact Scope Of Documentation Development Is Presented On The Illustrative Maps Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Design Services Including Designing The Expansion Of Street Lighting Together With Authors Supervision. Approximate Scope Of Works Necessary To Complete The Basics Of The Task: A) Earthworks, Removal Of Topsoil And Narrow-Spatial Excavations For Foundation Poles B) Laying Cables) Installation Of Poles And Led Luminairesd) Measurement Design Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320), Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Rules Of Description Quality Standards And Compliance With Applicable Standards, Technical And Construction Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Prepared Documentation Will Be Complete And Will Enable The Ordering Party To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works.
