Tenders are invited for Supply of High Zone Sprinkler Fire Pump, Jockey Pump, Pump Controller and Pressure Vessel for Stage 03 of Proposed Head Office Building for Ministry of Health, Colombo 08. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to Chief Operation Engineer (EM&IT Unit) of the Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd at EMIT Procurement Unit (6th Floor), No.415, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 10,000/= in cash. In the application letter , please nominate a responsible officer with contact details to communicate during the bidding period. Bids must be delivered in duplicate to the address to Chief Operation Engineer (EM&IT Unit), EMIT Procurement Unit (6th Floor), Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited, No. 415, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07 at or before 2.00 p.m on 20.05.2026. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security addressed to Chief Operation Engineer, Base Procurement Committee, Procurement Unit (Electro, Mechanical & IT), Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited, 6th Floor, No. 415, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07, valid up to 19.08.2026 from the date of the bid opening with the value of Rs. 260,000.00. There will be a Pre- Bid Meeting at the premises of Proposed Head Office Building for Ministry of Health, Colombo 08 on 07.05.2026 at 10. 00 a.m. The bids shall be delivered and handed over to the Chief Operation Engineer, Base Procurement Committee, Procurement Unit (Electro, Mechanical & IT), Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited, 6th Floor, No. 415, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07, or sent under Registered Cover to be received before the deadline to the address given in Clause No.5.
