The Contracting Authorities, Hamar Municipality — The Host Municipality For Hedmarken Intermunicipal Out-Of-Hours Medical Service For Hamar Municipality, Ringsaker Municipality, Løten Municipality And Stange Municipality — And Sykehuset Innlandet Hf Invite Tenders For The Lease Of Premises, Including Associated Fm Services, For Hedmarken Intermunicipal Out-Of-Hours Medical Service And Ambulance Station (Hilas). Please Refer To The Tender Documents For Further Information About The Overall Requirement. The Procurement Comprises The Development, Design And Construction Of The Leased Premises, As Well As The Lease Of The Building And The Provision Of Fm Services. Contract Standards: Ns 8422-1 (Development And Construction Phase), Ns 8422-2 (Lease Period) And Ns 8422-3 (Fm Services). The Purpose Is To Secure Functional, Safe, Flexible And Cost-Effective Premises For An Out-Of-Hours Medical Service And Ambulance Station, With Appropriate Capacity And Robust Technical Systems. The Solution Shall Support Cooperation Between The Out-Of-Hours Medical Service And The Ambulance Service. Two Separate Contracts Shall Be Entered Into With The Same Landlord, For The Out-Of-Hours Medical Service And The Ambulance Station, Respectively.
