The Subject Of The Order Pd- Reconstruction Of Building No. 88 Is The Processing Of Project Documentation At The Level Of Documentation For Construction Permit (Dsp) And Documentation For Construction Implementation (Dps) To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation. The Project Documentation Refers To Property No. 88 Listed As An Accommodation Facility (628 M2). The Building Is Located On The Plot No. St. 143/1 (4819 M2). (Known As Hotel Travný), Which Is Owned By The Municipality Of Pražmo. The Building Served As A Hotel For A Long Time (It Has Been Operated This Way For More Than 90 Years), However, The Costs Of Its Operation Have Increased Many Times And The Condition Has Worsened In The Meantime. The Building Needs Complete Reconstruction Incl. Interiors And Energy Sources. Based On The Municipalitys Decision, The Building Should Now Be Reconstructed And Changed Into A Cultural Center. The Layout Of The Building Is Suitable For The Purpose Of The Center, And Thanks To This, The Municipality Will Have A Space Where It Can Organize Cultural Events, Since The Municipality Of Pražmo Does Not Have Such A Space. Municipal Balls, Carnivals, And Other Cultural And Local Social And Leisure Events Will Be Held In The Reconstructed Building. The Building At Pražmo 88, Which Is The Subject Of Project Documentation Processing, Is A Brick Building, Probably Built In The 20S-30S. Years Of The 20Th Century. The Building Has 1 Underground And 3 Above-Ground Floors. The Underground Floor Is Only Under The Main Building, The Social Hall Has No Basement. 3. Np Is Only A Partial, Attic Building. The Roof Of The Building Is Gable With Two-Sided Hip. Probably In The 80S Of The 20Th Century, A Non-Basement One-Story Extension Of The Lounge And Social Rooms With A Flat Žb Roof Was Built. The 1St Pp Floor Is Not Heated, It Is Only Partially Used For Storing The Restaurants Goods (Beer Barrels, Etc.) And Heating Boilers. • The 1St Floor Is Mostly Occupied By The Restaurant Premises, Including Facilities (Kitchens, Etc.). There Is A Lounge In The Back. When Viewed From The Front (From The Street) There Is A Small Multi-Purpose Space On The Right Side Of This Floor And A Social Hall On The Left Side. Due To The Anticipated Use Of The Building, It Is Proposed In The Specification To Increase The Hall By Another Floor (2Nd Floor). This Superstructure Is Then Considered In All Energy Consumption Balances In The Proposed State • The 2Nd Floor Is Reserved For Rooms. • The 3Rd Floor Is Reserved For Rooms (Employees). The Building Is Heated From Two Sources. In The 1St Floor, The Dh Distribution Is Connected To The Boiler In The 1St Floor. There Is Also An Electric Boiler In The 1St Pp, But It Is Not Used According To Available Information. In The Rest Of The Building (2Nd Floor And 3Rd Floor) There Is Only Local Heating With Electric Direct Heaters. Thermostatic Valves Are Installed On The Radiators. Electric Direct Heaters Only Have Local Regulation By The User. The Occupancy And Use Of Individual Rooms In The 2Nd And 3Rd Floors Therefore Have A Major Influence On The Total Consumption Of Electricity. The Project Documentation Will Be Processed In Accordance With The Project Application Entitled Pd-Reconstruction Of The Building No. 88 And, Based On This Fact, Also According To The Conditions Of The Subsidy Program Vouchers For The Public Sector - Preparation Of Projects In The Moravian-Silesian Region, While It Is Also Necessary To Comply With The Binding Instructions Of Call No. 45/2023 For Overarching Projects Preparation Of Projects For The Public Sector (Hereinafter Referred To As Instructions) Announced By The Ministry Of The Environment Through The State Environmental Fund Within The Operational Program Just Transformation (Hereinafter Referred To As Opst). According To The Conditions Of The Above-Mentioned Subsidy Program And Also According To The Call For The Umbrella Project, It Must Be The Preparation Of Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Pd) In The Areas Of Energy Savings And Renewable Energy Sources, Circular Economy And Craft Incubators, Which Are In Accordance With The Strategic Development Plan Of The Municipality, Or Municipalities. The Project Documentation Must Then Be Based On The Energy Study, Which Is Also An Appendix To This Tender Documentation. The Energy Study Also Includes A Description Of The Current State And Also A Description Of The Proposed Building Modifications. The Developer Of The Project Documentation Will Secure A Building Permit. The Documentation Must Also Include A Solution For Removing The Original Hall, Including Ecological Disposal And Costs. Clarification Will Be Made During The Inspection Of The Place Of Fulfillment. The Offer Must Also Be Based On The Facts Discovered During The Inspection Of The Place Of Performance By The Processor.
