Reference Is Made To The Tender Documents For More Information On The Overall Need. The Acquisition Includes The Development, Planning And Construction Of The Leased Object As Well As The Lease Of Buildings And The Delivery Of Fdvs Services. Contract Standard: Ns 8422-1 (Development And Construction Phase), Ns 8422-2 (Lease Period) And Ns 8422-3 (Fdvs). The Purpose Is To Ensure Functional, Safe, Flexible And Cost-Effective Premises For The Emergency Room And Ambulance Station With The Right Capacity And Robust Technical Facilities. The Solution Will Support Interaction Between The Emergency Room And The Ambulance Service. Two Separate Contracts Must Be Entered Into With The Same Landlord For The Emergency Room And The Ambulance Station, Respectively.
