est-Eås-26-003 - Acquisition - Operation Of Emergency Accommodation . Descriptionthe Client, Bergen Municipality, Is To Procure The Operation Of A User-Managed Emergency Accommodation Service For Up To 10 Homeless People With Drug Addiction. The Service Must Be User-Managed, Where People With User And/Or Family Experience Have A Central Role In Administration And Operation. The Target Group For The Service Is Homeless Men And Women Over 18 In Urgent Need Of Accommodation Who Have: Ongoing Drug Use May Have Challenges Related To Physical And/Or Mental Health And Others Areas Of Life May Have Behavioral Challenges, Problems Of Threats And Violence In Settings Where There Is A Focus On Safeguarding And Safety For The Residents, Security And Control. The Contracting Authority Makes Premises Available For The Initiative. The Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With Regulations On Public Procurement Part Iv (Health And Social Services), And The Competition Is Reserved For Non-Profit Organisations, Cf. Regulation § 30-2A.
