Dog Kennel Services – Hiring Services For The Collection, Transportation And Accommodation Of Abandoned And Lost Domestic Animals On Public Roads In The Municipality Of Utrera. The Objective Is To Cover The Needs Regarding: A) Collection On Public Roads, Transportation, Storage, Transfer Or Adoption To Third Parties And When Appropriate, Under Veterinary Criteria And Control And Only In The Circumstances Described In Current Regulations (Art. 27.A) Law 7/2023), The Euthanasia Of Domestic Companion Animals Abandoned Or Lost In The Municipal Area. It Also Includes Those Homeless Animals Whose Management And Care Are Under Municipal Jurisdiction, Animals Temporarily Retained As A Preventive Measure, Coming From Homes, Premises Or Private Spaces, When Any Of The Circumstances Described In Art. 25 Om, Or Because They Represent A Danger To Public Health Or Citizen Safety. In The Latter Cases Described, The Removal Of These Animals Will Be Carried Out With The Intervention Of Authority Agents. The Collection Will Include The Domestic Companion Animals (Dogs And Cats) That The Owners Wish To Deliver, Under The Terms Established By The Regulations In Force At Each Time Of The Contract. The Delivery Of These Animals Will Be Managed Through The Competent Municipal Office (Office Of Public Health, Consumption And Animal Welfare). B) The Removal From Public Roads, Transportation And Disposal By Incineration, In Accordance With Current Regulations, Of Dead Domestic Animals. C) The Collection From Public Roads, Transport, Custody, Transfer Or Adoption To Third Parties, And In The Last Case Euthanasia, Of Live Domestic Animals Not Included In Section A) Abandoned Or Lost, Including Those Domestic Animals That Represent A Danger To Public Health Or To Citizen Safety, Of Homes, Premises Or Private Spaces. In All These Cases, The Removal Of These Animals Will Be Carried Out With The Intervention Of Authority Agents. D) Veterinary Care Services That Cover Basic Veterinary Care For All Animals Collected By This Ayto, Both At The Time Of Collection And During Their Stay At The Animal Protection Center. It Will Also Include Those Veterinary Services Necessary To Manage, Process And Adopt Said Animals, Always In Accordance With The Regulations In Force At Each Time Of The Contract, Regarding Individual Electronic Identification By Microchip And Registration In The Raia, Mandatory Treatments And Castration. E) It Will Include The Promotion And Management Of Adoptions Of Animals Housed In The Animal Protection Center, Which Have Been Collected By The Municipal Service And Which Are Available For Adoption. F) The Removal Of Dead Wild Birds (Pigeons And/Or Turtle Doves), Frozen And Stored In A 290 L Chest Freezer. Of Capacity, Located In An Urban Center, Its Transportation And Disposal By Incineration In Accordance With Current Regulations On Sandach. The Chest Freezer, Throughout The Contract, Will Always Be Located In The Urban Center
