Building-Cleaning Services – Provision Of Cleaning Services For The Buildings Of The Central Service, The Piraeus, Thessaloniki, Patras Branches And The Building On Patision Street Of T.P. & Loans. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services For The Central Service Buildings (40 Akadimias), The Piraeus Branch (12 Dragatsi, Korai Square), The Building On Patision Street 34-Athens, The Thessaloniki Branch (35 Ermou Aki Karolou Dill) And The Patras Branch (6 Agiou Andreas) Of T.P. & Loans. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Code Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 90911200-8 Building Cleaning Services. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections. Offers Are Submitted For All The Services In Question, As Described In Appendix I Hereof. The Assignment Of The Services Will Be Carried Out Uniformly To A Contractor And Not In Parts, For Reasons Of Uniform Administrative And Financial Management Of The Contract, As Well As To Ensure The Effective Monitoring And Execution Of The Contractual Object. The Divisional Assignment To Several Economic Entities Is Not Considered Appropriate, Given That The Liquidation And Payment Process Of The Contractors Cooperating With The Fund Is Carried Out Exclusively By The Ky. Therefore, The Division Of The Object Would Entail A Significant Administrative Burden, An Increase In Management Costs And The Risk Of Payment Delays, Which May Negatively Affect The Smooth Implementation Of The Contract, With The Result That A Single Assignment Is Considered Necessary And Appropriate, Serving The Principle Of Good Administration And The Need To Simplify And Speed Up The Relevant Procedures.) Given The Above, The Offers Are Submitted For All The Services, I.E. For The Five Buildings Of T.P.& D., That Is, The Buildings Of The Central Service Buildings (40 Academy), The Piraeus Branch (12 Dragatsi, Korai Square), The Building On Patision Street 34-Athens, The Thessaloniki Store (35 Ermou And Karolou Street) And Patras Store (6 Agiou Andreas) Of T.P. & Loans. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To Seven Hundred And Eighty Thousand Euros (€780,000.00) Plus Vat. 24% Of Nine Hundred And Sixty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Euros (€967,200.00) Including Vat. 24%, Apportioned At The Expense Of The Corresponding Appropriations Of The Expenditure Budget Of The Tp. & Loans For The Financial Years 2026-2027-2028-2029. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Three (3) Years. A Detailed Description Of The Physical Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of This Announcement. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On Price (Lowest Price).
