Shumen, Region Shumen To The Designed Treatment Plant And/Or To The Inlet And/Or Outlet Collectors Of Rdno - Divdyadovo Quarter - Town Of Shumen; Activity 2 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, In One With Quantity-Value Accounts For Each Project Part Separately. The Technical Project Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Territorial Planning Act (Zut), Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of 26.01.2021 On Determining The Requirements For Accessibility And Universal Design Of The Elements Of The Accessible Environment In The Urbanized Territory And Of The Buildings And Facilities And The Applicable Legislation (Bulgarian And European) And The Rest Applicable Regulations. The Technical Project Includes At Least The Following Parts Geodesy - Situational Surveying, Engineering Geology And Hydrology, Part Ooz And General Plan, Architectural - Layout Of The Facility, Technological - Description Of The Treatment Process, Water Supply - Collection, Drainage, Distribution Of Leachate, Electricity - Power Supply, Lighting, Energy Saving, Kipia - Sensors, Skada, Pbz - Health And Safety Plan, Puso - Construction Waste Management Plan, Landscaping Part, Fire Safety Part. Activity 3 – Exercising Copyright Supervision Under Art. 162 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) For The Entire Period From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And For Determining The Construction Line And Level (Appendices No. 2 And 2A) Until The Drawing Up Of The Last Act Of Ascertainment, Model Appendix No. 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction Or, When Remarks Are Identified In It, Until The Signing Of The Last Protocol For Acceptance By The Contracting Authority Of The Object Without Remarks. The Finished Technical Project Aims At The Construction Of A Treatment Facility For The Leachate Generated As A Result Of The Ongoing Biological Processes From The Operation Of The Landfill And The Atmospheric Water That Has Fallen On The Waste Disposal Cells, Which Have A High Content Of Organic Pollution, To Be Purified, As Well As The Industrial Waste Water Formed By Washing Solid Waste Containers, According To Condition No. 10 - Emissions Of Waste Water, Of The Operating Complex Permit No. 349 – H1-Ia/2022 Leachate Waters (Kr - Condition No. 10.1.
