The Subject Of The Procurement Is Planning Services In The Areas Of Structural Planning, Building Acoustics (Sound Insulation) And Building Physics (Thermal Insulation) For The Renovation Of A Gymnasium On The Grounds Of The Lwl University Hospital Hamm. The Measure Includes The Energetic And Functional Renovation Of The Existing Building, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Fire Protection, Accessibility And Sustainability. The Aim Is To Create A Modern Infrastructure That Meets The Needs Of Child And Adolescent Psychiatry. The Planning Services To Be Provided Include In Particular: The Static Assessment And Planning Of The Existing Supporting Structure As Well As Necessary Adaptation Measures, The Building Acoustics Planning To Ensure The Sound Insulation Requirements, The Building Physics Planning, Especially With Regard To Thermal Insulation And The Energy Optimization Of The Building.
