Railway Construction Works – Diversion Line Lübeck - Büchen, Cable Engineering. To Ensure Rail Traffic During The General Renovation Of The Lübeck – Hamburg Line In 2028, The 1121 Lübeck – Büchen Railway Line Is To Be Used As A Diversion Route. This Requires This Route To Be Technically Prepared For The Additional Train Traffic. The Measure Includes The Technical Upgrading Of The Lübeck – Büchen Route In Order To Be Able To Accommodate Some Of The Connections Between Hamburg And Lübeck During The Construction Period. The Aim Is To Maintain Rail Operations As Stable And Reliable As Possible - Even During The Total Closure Of Route 1120. The Preparatory Measures Serve Exclusively For Temporary Use As A Diversion Route And Make An Important Contribution To Securing Passenger And Freight Traffic During The Affected Period. The Railway Line Under Consideration Is Located In The Federal State Of Schleswig-Holstein And Is Part Of The Railway Line With Route Number 1121. It Runs In The Section Between Lübeck And Büchen And Is Classified As The Main Line In The Network. The Route Is Not Electrified And Extends Over Kilometer 2,482 To 46,598. As Part Of This Tender, Underground Cable Engineering Measures Are To Be Awarded, Among Other Things, To Create Construction Clearance For The Signal Box Supplier And To Connect The Equipment Trades, As Well As The Construction Of The Signal Box Surroundings And Outdoor Facilities. The Cable Civil Engineering Work And Dismantling Work Should Mainly Be Carried Out During The First, Announced Closure Break From October 19Th, 2026 To December 12Th, 2026. Since A Large Number Of Different Trades Will Be On The Construction Site As Part Of The Upgrade, It Can Be Assumed That Individual Measures Of The Cable Civil Engineering Tender Must Be Carried Out In The Second, Registered Closure Break From February 5Th, 2027 To May 14Th, 2027.
