Construction Work – Task No. 1: Modernization Of The Interior Of The Primary School Building In Leszno Along With Strengthening The Foundations And Task No. 2: Construction Of A Sports Hall In Leszno. Task No. 1: Modernization Of The Interior Of The Primary School Building In Leszno, Including Strengthening The Foundations 1. The Scope Of Task No. 1 Includes The Renovation Of The Sanitary Section Along With The Necessary Reinforcements Of The Building Foundation Zone Using Geopolymer Injections, Preventing The Renewal Of Defects (I.E. Cracks And Scratches On The Building Walls And Settlement Of The Building Foundations). The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Renovation Of Selected Classrooms As Indicated In The Project Documentation. Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out In The West Wing Of The School. 2. The Works Include Internal Installations In The Building. The Planned Scope Of Installation Works Is Presented In Technical Designs For The Electrical And Sanitary Industries. 3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Submitted And Approved By The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. Task No. 2: Construction Of A Sports Hall In Leszno. 1. Task No. 2 Includes The Construction Of A Sports Hall With Facilities, Land Development And All Necessary Infrastructure, Such As: Underground Fire Protection Tank, Retention Tank, Photovoltaic Panels, Monitoring, Construction Of An External Equipment Warehouse And Partial Demolition Of The Primary School Building In Order To Connect The School Building With The Hall With A Glass Connector On The Ground Floor. On The Ground Floor Of The Building There Will Be A Multi-Functional Gymnasium With The Possibility Of Dividing It Into 3 Sectors Using Flame-Resistant Curtains, A Climbing Wall On The Eastern Side Of The Hall, Communication Corridors With Staircases, Utility And Technical Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Warehouses, Washrooms, Locker Rooms, An Office, Rooms For Trainers, A Reception With Monitoring And Locker Rooms For The Audience. On The First Floor There Will Be Communication Corridors With Staircases, Utility Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, A Conference Room With A Social Room, A Room For Staff, A Room For Trainers, A Judo/Karate Room With Equipment (Mats, Mattresses Absorbing Falls/Throws, A Ballet Room With A Set Of Mirrors And Railings, Stands For 195 Seats, Rooms/Rooms Located At The Back Of The Stands. For Communication Between The Ground Floor And The First Floor, Apart From Two The Staircases Will Be Equipped With An Elevator. 2. The Scope Of Task No. 2 Will Also Include Equipping The Sports Hall, Exercise Rooms And Other Rooms. 3. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Submitted And Approved By The Ordering Party.
