Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing And Security – Framework Arrangement For Legal Services / Permitting And Land Use. The Subject Of This Procurement Are The Legal Services (Services) Produced For Gasgrid Finland Oy (Procurement Unit) And Its Subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy And Floating Lng Terminal Finland Oy. In This Procurement, The Procurement Unit Is Looking For Professional Service Providers As Follows To Provide Legal Services For Its Needs For The Entities Mentioned Below: Licensing And Land Use / 2 Suppliers. Including, Among Other Things: - Support In Eia And Permitting Procedures (E.G. Water Permits, Redemption Permits, Natura Assessments, Research Permits) - Review And Drafting Of Land Use Agreements, E.G. Deeds Of Sale And Encumbrance Agreements - Environmental Legal Expert Opinions Related To The Interpretation And Application Of Laws, Regulations And Orders Affecting The Customers Business. The Chosen Service Provider Must Be Able To Provide Services In Finnish And English. The Agreement Enters Into Force From The Moment Of Its Signing And Is Valid For 4+2+2 Years. The Services Are Supposed To Start At The End Of 2026 (Estimated In October). This Procurement Is Subject To The Procurement Act For Special Sectors, I.E. The Act On Procurement And Concession Agreements For Units Operating In The Water And Energy Supply, Transport And Postal Services Sectors (1398/2016). The Services And Their Options Are Explained In More Detail In Appendix 00 Participating Request_Legal Services Framework Arrangement_Limiting And Land Use With Attachments And As The Procurement Procedure Progresses.
