The Subject Of This Procurement Are The Legal Services (Services) Produced For Gasgrid Finland Oy (Procurement Unit) And Its Subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy And Floating Lng Terminal Finland Oy. In This Procurement, The Procurement Unit Is Looking For The Following Professional Service Providers To Provide Legal Services For Its Needs In The Entities Mentioned Below: Contract Law, Company Law And Dispute Resolution / 4 Suppliers. Including, Among Other Things: - Wide-Ranging Contractual And Corporate Law Matters And Assisting And Representing The Client In Situations Related To Contractual Disagreements And Dispute Resolution. - Assisting The Customer In Infrastructure Projects And Consortium Working Groups, Especially In Connection With The National And International Infrastructure Projects Of The Customers Hydrogen Business. - Advice Covering Different Areas Of Jurisprudence, Especially Related To Legislation, Agreements And Application Practices In The Energy Sector, Hydrogen And Gas Markets. The Selected Service Provider Must Be Able To Provide Services In Finnish, Swedish And English. The Agreement Enters Into Force From The Moment Of Its Signing And Is Valid For 4+2+2 Years. The Services Are Supposed To Start At The End Of 2026 (Estimated In October). This Procurement Is Subject To The Procurement Act For Special Sectors, I.E. The Act On Procurement And Concession Agreements For Units Operating In The Water And Energy Supply, Transport And Postal Services Sectors (1398/2016).
