Tender For Servicing/Repairing Of Lifts Installed At Ispat Bhavan. The Job Includes Servicing And Maintenance Of Three Lifts Installed At Ispat Bhavan With Supply/ Repair/Replacement Of Spare Components Of The Lift Installation As Per Requirement. General Electric Company Limited, England Is The Oem Of These Lifts. These Lifts Were Installed In 1960S. The Hoist Motion Of The Lift Car Is Achieved Through Dc Motor. The Power Is Fed To The Motor By A Dc Generator. The Prime Mover Of The Generator Is An Induction Motor. The Control System Is An Old Conventional Relay Logic Based. The Speed Control Is Achieved Via Rheostat And Dc Contactor. All Relays Are Dc Relays. The Slowdown Control, Zoning And Positioning Of The Lift Is Achieved Via Inductor Based Sensors. The Tenderer Shall Carry Out Servicing & Inspection Of Lifts Once In A Month. The Tenderer Shall Regularly Examine Lubricate, Adjust The Elevators Equipment & If Required Shall Repair Or Replace Stop Switches, Guide Shoe, Gear Oil, Spring, Carbon, Nylon Liner & All Push Buttons, Gate Lock Elements, Floor Stop Switch, Up Safety Switch, Bottom Safety Switch, Gate Rollers, All Control Panel Parts, All Types Of Cables, Any Other Parts Except Those Not Covered As Mentioned In Next Para, Etc. The Tenderer Shall Periodically Examine All Safety Devices. The Tenderer Shall Attend Breakdown In Lift Immediately For Which Lift Mechanic Should Have To Be Deputed By The Tenderer During Operating Hours Of The Lift (8:30 A.M. To 7:30P.M.), Normally. The Tenderer Shall Also Carry Out Servicing, Repairing And Replacement Of Thrust Bearing Of Gear Box If Required. The Contract Does Not Cover :- Polishing, Painting, Repairing & Replacement Of Lift Car, Lift Door, Landing Door And Sills. Repair And Replacement Of Lift Car Flooring And Platform. Counter Weight Frame, Weight & Guide Rails. Replacement Of Fan, Light & Light Fixture Inside The Lift Car, Gear Box , Dc & Ac Motor, Dc Generator, Break Unit, Wire Ropes, Repair And Replacement Of Any Lift Equipment Due To Misuse, Mishandling, Theft Or Any Other Cause Than Normal Wear & Tear. However, Disconnection & Dismantling Of Dc & Ac Motor, Dc Generator, Gear Box, Rope, Etc. And Fixing, Reconnection, Assembling Of Repaired/New Items Supplied By Dsp As Mentioned Above Shall Be In The Scope Of The Party.
