Request for proposals for Consultancy for Coaching Skills Curriculum Development & Coaching Guide for DRC Staff The consultancy encompasses three interconnected components: Development of a training curriculum on coaching skills for DRC staff working with local partners in humanitarian contexts; Delivery of the curriculum in two pilot country operations to test its effectiveness; Revision of the curriculum based on findings and feedback from the pilot trainings; and Development of a short practical guide to coaching partners for DRC staff, to support ongoing application of coaching skills beyond the training.
