It Is Required To Contract The Provision Of 10,000 Specific Paper Forms To Prepare Drivers Licenses, With Physical, Technical, Security And Layout Specifications In Accordance With Decree No. 69 Dated October 21, 2021 Of The Ministry Of Transportation And Telecommunications, Which Modifies The General Standards; Cve 1186944 And Cve 1560533 Dated March 15, 2019. Each Form Must Have A Heat-Sealable Envelope, With A Correlative Folio And The Same As The Forms, Considering The Technical Specifications, Type Of Paper, Type Of Ink, Layout, Security And Format Authorized By The Ministry Of Transportation And Telecommunications, According To Decree No. 69 Dated October 21, 2021. This Service Must Contemplate The Issuance Of New Drivers License Forms, According To The Implementation Of The New Digital Drivers License, And In Accordance With The Parameters And Requirements Established By The Ministry Of Transportation And Telecommunications. In Both Cases, According To The Requirement Of The Municipality.
