Request for proposals for IT Operation Management (ITOM) Implementation on ServiceNow Description Issue Date: April 29, 2026 Closing Date: May 25, 2026 The IT Operations Management (ITOM) Implementation Project continues AIIBs efforts to strengthen its ServiceNow-based IT service and operations capabilities. The ServiceNow platform provides a unified foundation for day-to-day IT service delivery and IT operations management by improving visibility, control, and operational consistency across IT services. This initiative builds on the platforms earlier rollout and subsequent stabilization phases. In the current phase, AIIB plans to extend ServiceNow ITOM capability through Event Management, Availability Management, and Capacity Management, with Business Impact Analysis serving as a supporting capability within Availability Management. These capabilities are intended to strengthen proactive monitoring, improve service reliability and operational visibility, and support more informed management of service performance and resource utilization.
