The Scope Includes Individual Assessments Of In-Office Workstations To Identify Ergonomic Risks, Recommend Adjustments, And Support Employee Health, Safety, And Productivity. Services May Include On-Site, Written Recommendations, Equipment Adjustment Guidance, And Optional Follow-Up Support. Purchase Of New Equipment Or Furniture Is Not In Scope. Note That Travel Alberta Reserves The Right To Reject Any Proposals Not Meeting Requirements, Not Following The States Process For Submission And Is Not Required To Award To The Lowest Price. The Successful Vendor Will Demonstrate Experience Delivering Professional Ergonomic Assessments In Office Environments And Provide Clear, Practical Recommendations Aligned With Occupational Health And Safety Best Practices.
