The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Permanent, Direct, One-Person, 24-Hour Physical Protection Of The Buildings And Property Of The Institute Of Fundamental Problems Of Technology Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences Located At Ul. Pawińskiego 5B In Warsaw. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Requirements For Its Implementation Is Included In Annex 2 To The Swz - Scope Of Protection Of Ippt Pan And Annex 3 To The Swz - Basic Duties Of A Security Officer. In Order To Obtain All The Necessary Information For The Correct And Complete Preparation Of Offers, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Facility Where The Security Service Is To Be Provided. The Contractors Representatives Authorized In Writing May Participate In The On-Site Visit. Due To The Equal Treatment Of Potential Contractors, The Date Of The On-Site Visit Is Set For May 6, 2026 Or May 7, 2026, From 9:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M., After Prior Confirmation Of Participation In The On-Site Visit Sent To The E-Mail Address Rekruti@Ippt.Pan.Pl. Failure To Participate In The On-Site Visit Within The Above Deadline Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Maximum Number Of Man-Hours Of Providing The Service Under This Order Resulting From The Order Completion Date Referred To In Chapter Ix Of The Swz Is 20,496 Man-Hours. The Contractors Monthly Remuneration Will Result From The Actual Hours Worked By Security Staff. Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires That All Activities Related To The Physical Protection Of The Employers Building, Including Replacement Persons Whose Performance Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Were Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor Under An Employment Contract. The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These People And The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Employ The Persons Referred To Above For The Period From The Beginning To The End Of The Order Execution Deadline. If The Employment Relationship Is Terminated By The Employee Or Employer Before The End Of This Period, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ Another Person To Replace It.
