The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Called Modernization Of The District Road No. 1807K In The Zator Commune. The Investment Includes The Renovation Of The Surface Of The District Road No. 1807K From Km 2+192.00 To Km 3+078.00 By Performing Profiling Milling With An Average Thickness Of 5 Cm And Laying Two New Layers Of Asphalt On A Section Of The Road With A Length Of 886 M. The Last Layer Of Asphalt Should Be Applied Along The Entire Width Of The Road. Carrying Out The Cutting Of The Roadsides At A Width Of 50 Cm Along With Pouring Reclaimed Material And Surface Consolidation With Asphalt Emulsion And Grit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Stwior, • Bill Of Quantities, • Designed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Ordering Party Made For The Tasks That Are The Subject Of The Contract On June 16, 2025 To Report Construction Works. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To:• Conduct Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With The Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of Works;• Secure The Construction Site, Including The Construction Facilities, At Their Own Expense, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations;• Organize, During The Works, Access To And Access To Properties Located In The Area Of Works;• Notify Owners Of Properties Affected By Interruptions In The Supply Of Electricity, Water, Gas And Others Caused By The Works Being Carried Out Works, At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Breaks;• Preparing And Agreeing, At Your Own Expense, On A Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of Construction And On The Execution Of Works Resulting From This Project, Together With The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Signs And Their Removal After The Completion Of The Works; If Necessary, Temporary Detours And Access Routes Should Be Provided;• Ensuring, At Your Own Expense And Responsibility, As Appropriate: Storage, Transport, Disposal Of: Materials From Demolitions, Dismantling, Felling And Waste;• Ensuring That The Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out The Works, In Particular Specialties Consistent With The Subject Of The Order. If The Design Documentation, Stwior Or Bill Of Quantities Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor (The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way) And This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art.
