The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Kondrackiego Street Along With Technical Infrastructure As Part Of The Investment Task: Construction Of Kondrackiego Street (102408 L) In The City Of Łuków In Accordance With The Developed Construction Design.4.2. The Task Includes Works Including: Construction Of A Road, Sidewalk, Exits, Roadside And A Service Channel. Rainwater Drainage Is Planned In The Form Of A Storm Sewage System. Construction Works Include Reconstruction Of Existing Collisions, Among Others. Road Lighting Network, Energy Network, Gas Network And Water Supply Network.4.3. The Investment Is Located On Plots Included In The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment No. 590/2025 Of August 26, 2025.4.4. Scope Of Works Covered By The Order: 4.4.1. Construction Of Kondrackiego Street (102408 L) In The Town Of Łuków Together With Technical Infrastructure: 1) On The Road Section Covered By The Project, 2) In The Scope Of Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Including: − Preparation Of The Area, Marking The Road Axis And The Route Of Utilities, Demolition Works (Demolition Of, Among Others, Exits, Road Surface Elements, Fences), Felling Of Trees, Etc. 3) In The Scope Of Works Road Industry, Including: − Construction Of A Road With A Width Of 5.5 M; − Construction Of A Sidewalk - A Pedestrian Road Up To 2.0 M Wide; − Construction Of Exits And Roadsides; − Construction Of An Integration Into A Municipal Road; − Demolition Of Fences, Road Elements (Including: Surfaces, Curbs, Edges), Construction Of Green Areas; − Reconstruction Of Fences On Individual Properties And Regulation Of The Height Of Gates And Wickets; − Construction Intersection With Ul. S. Okrzei;− Planting Slopes And Sowing With Grass;− Making Horizontal And Vertical Markings;4) In The Scope Of Sanitary Industry Works, Including: − Reconstruction Of The Gas Network Interference, − Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network Interference;5) In The Scope Of Electrical Works, Including: − Reconstruction Of The Energy Network Interference; − Reconstruction And Construction Of The Road Lighting Network; − Construction Of A Technological Channel;4.5. Construction Works Of Individual Industries Should Be Coordinated And Carried Out In Such A Way As To Introduce The Least Possible Disruption To Road And Pedestrian Traffic.4.6. Characteristic Size Parameters Of The Assumed Road Construction According To The Design: - Total Length Of The Road Approx. 620M4.7. The Works Should Be Performed Pursuant To Zrid Decision No. 590/2025 Of August 26, 2025. 4.8. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
