1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of The Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Installation In The Wcrs Aquasfera Facility In Olsztyn.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments: A) E-1, B) E-2, C) E-3, D) E-4, E) E-5, F) Emergency Design, G) Inventory, H) Technical Specification, I) Design In Its Entirety, J) Calculations In Its Entirety, K) Bill Of Quantities L) Title Page The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Procedure Documentation Is Only Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Contractor And Is Not Intended To Be Used For Calculation Purposes. Offer Prices. The Provision Of The Bill Of Quantities By The Ordering Party Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Calculate The Offer Price Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As To Take Into Account All Works And Costs (Including Those Not Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities). Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Completeness Of The Bill Of Quantities And Treat It As An Auxiliary Element In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Has Priority In Determining The Actual Scope Of Works Included In The Subject Of The Contract, Which The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Under The Public Procurement Contract3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Appropriately Secure, At His Own Expense, Equipment Left On The Construction Site.5. The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed In The Service Building Of The Aquasfera Water Recreation And Sports Center At Al. M. J. Piłsudskiego 69 B. 6. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Principles Of Order And Social Coexistence, Including Quiet Hours And Public Holidays.7. All Materials Used For Renovation Must Be New Materials And Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals, Technical Approvals, Must Not Be Harmful To Health And Must Be Approved For Use In Residential And Collective Housing Facilities.8. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Ppl And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party Defining The Subject Of The Contract Are The Minimum Conditions That The Ordering Party Will Expect To Be Met.
