Survey And Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Condition Of Buildings And The Future Construction Site • Geodetic Survey Of Existing Buildings And The Adjacent Area (Targeting Of The Object With A Laser 3D Scanner With The Possibility Of Measuring Specific Places Using A Laser Rangefinder. The Output Of This Measurement Will Be 3D Model Of The Current State Of The Preserved Objects. It Is Sufficient To Target The Demolished Objects With A Laser Range Finder And Then Create The Documentation In 2D.) • Construction-Technical Survey Of Existing Buildings, Including A Survey Of Their Foundation • Survey Of The Occurrence Of Asbestos And Other Dangerous Substances • Engineering-Geological And Hydrogeological Survey, Including Leaching Tests • Radon Survey • Dendrological Survey • Survey For The Design Of Wells For Heat Pumps, Including Execution Of An Exploratory Well. Ii. Processing Of Documentation For The Removal Of Existing Structures And Securing Statements And Opinions Of Doss And Network Administrators Regarding The Documentation For The Removal Of The Structure And Submitting An Application For A Permit To Remove The Structure; Iii. Processing Of Documentation For A Building Permit, Including A Public Hearing (The Contractor Will Ensure The Presentation Of The Work As Part Of The City Council Proceedings) And Obtaining The Relevant Decision In Legal Force; Iv. Processing Of Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction For The Selection Of The Contractor, Including The List Of Works According To Decree No. 169/2016 S., On Determining The Scope Of The Documentation Of The Public Contract For Construction Works And The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions And The Control Budget Of The Construction; The Reference To The Price System According To § 11 Of The Decree Will Be Used For The Entire List Of Construction Works. The Contractor Shall Specify In The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction The Technical Conditions (Requirements For The Characteristics Of The Subject Of Performance) In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 89 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, As Amended. V. Performance Of Copyright Supervision Of The Designer According To § 14 Letter H) And § 155 Letter D) Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, For The Duration Of Construction. The Performance Of The Authors Supervision Of The Designer Will Be Carried Out Continuously And Will Include All Activities Reserved For The Authors Supervision Of The Designer According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act. The Parties Agree That The Scope Of The Designers Copyright Supervision Will Include At Least The Following Activities: • Participation In Negotiations Between The Client And The Construction Contractor; • Control Of Compliance With The Documentation, Taking Into Account The Conditions Specified By The Building Permit, With The Provision Of Explanations Necessary For The Smoothness Of Construction; • Participation In Inspection Days And Inspection Inspections Of The Building, Once A Week; • Supervisio
